“But the thing also is that I’m also not a machine. I mean, sometimes I would like to be, but there are really, really bad days."
“As soon as you’re not 100 per cent there on the court at this level, then results like this come up, and that’s exactly what happened today.”

These new versions are not very durable, that is why for a cheap price you can just buy another new hot model for replacement, they just are not made to last.
Indeed, but there is an exception: The Sinner. He has nanobots circulating in his bloodstream. They enhance recovery and will ensure 15 years of peak performance.
If anyone's wondering how he got access to this tech: he comes from the future. Don't tell anyone though.

In a vacuum I don't mind this statement at all. We just want the younger guys to be able to beat the big guys. I don't think we should expect any of them to be as historically consistent as the Big 3 have been, that'd be silly.

I never looked at Thiem as someone that should be a consistent, dominant force locked for the semis year-round. I just don't expect him to blatantly tank a 4th round match. I don't think that's too much to ask.

Cleanest special effects I had seen in long time. Her personality is very refreshing too. I can't wait for a sequel.
I saw this movie without any expectations as I didn't know anything about the manga. Really enjoyed it. I'd love to see how she takes on the sky city of Zalem and the big boss Nova.

But sadly, Disney may not make a sequel as they are all about making more $$ now and Alita Battle Angel didn't make them a lot of money.

107 M budget and 407 M box office. That's not too bad
for a franchise that most people had no knowledge of. I think now that a lot more people know who Alita is, they can go bigger and turbocharge their promotional campaign.

Negative attitude on the part of Thiem, who once again confirms that he will probably never rise to number 1 in the world, unlike his compatriot Muster.

Thiem is NOT an ATG most likely. Let’s just enjoy his game and hope he has a strong career.

Well, Fed is probably the most "metro/in touch with his feminine side" of the Big 3. :)

Not that there's anything wrong with that. :D
Which there's nothing wrong with at all. His 4-10 in slams versus the big 3 is the actual issue

Why you are so harsh on him? You expect him to on to become a 17 or 20 time Slam winner? He is definitely not that good. But it's unfair to judge him by standards set by GOATs. All I can see he has potential to win 3-4 Slams and get no 1 ranking for few dozens of weeks. Even for that to happen he must improve mental game and consistency.

Sometimes Fedr goes too far with his vanity. What was he thinking?

This is the most revolting pose I have ever seen it beats the gold handbag hands down for crassness.

To be fair, I was at an event a couple years ago where Federer was asked about that photo. He claimed it wasn't his idea, but something that the GQ photographer wanted to do, and that he was a bit embarassed by it. He also said that the shoot was comical because he kept sliding off the couch.

I only brought up this photo because it's ridiculous and I was looking for an example of how Fed might not be all that upset about being compared to a female robot. :D

I see that animal cruelty is well accepted from Fed. He is cosily lying on an animal fur blanket.

I got inspiration from a Fed devotee's post:
Well, for what it's worth, at the event I mentioned, Fed also said that the fur in the picture was faux (fake, not animal). Not sure if that's true, but given the size and consistency of that blanket, it seems like it's probably manufactured.
