thinnest leather grip?

I'm going down from 4 5/8 to 4 1/2 grip size. 4 5/8 is simply too big even with only a wilson true grip on it, it used to be comfortable when i used an eastern forehand, but since i've got a sw forehand now i hate the big grip. I'm planning on using a leather grip as a base and an overgrip because i like using an overgrip but in past experiences a regular synthetic grip under an overgrip didn't give me enough feel on the bevels of my grip. i NEED to feel the bevels as much as i can, and i don't want my grip to be too bulky, so i need to find out what is the thinnest leather grip i can buy to put under my overgrip. i did a search and gamma came up as the thinnest, but i've also heard that babolat is thin. can anyone tell me for sure which is the thinnest?

Gamma is thinner, make sure you stretch the leather prior to gripping the racquet -this will help. You could even just use an overwrap instead of the leather replacement grip? Best of luck.

Take the double-sided tape off the back of the grip. Klipper's leather grip comes without the adhesive on the back, and is noticeably thinner.

i suggest you don't use a replacement grip at all. use two overgrips on the bare handle. boris becker and gustavo kuerten did this.

if that is too uncomfortable, the yonex super-leather is the thinnest grip out there at 1.5mm. it's hard to find though.
