hello

I want to switch from my 90 after long time user, but i only like wilson feel no other brand. i had the kblade 98 and it was great racket only problem was it headlight balance and it string pattern 18X20. Big fan of 16X19. love the spin feeling. So i'm thinking of switching the BLX blade tour. it has the weight and headlight balance but problem is the 18X20 string pattern :(. I hear the NEw blades come with one new string pattern. So should i try the Blx Blade tour or wait to see if the new 2013 blade and see if the tour come in 16X19, But i think it the 98 they put in 16X19.

So Any thought on what i should do? should i switch? Has anyone made this switch?

If you're after Wilson feel then you should demo the other Pro Staffs, the 95 and 100. In my opinion the Blades don't feel much like the 90. You don't say why you're switching from the 90, but I assume it's because you want a larger headsize. Both the 95 and 100 are bigger and have very similar feel, but they are both much lighter than the 90. So you'll have to learn how to use lead tape to provide yourself with meaningful comparisons to the 90. For the 95 I would recommend 5 or 6 grams of lead at 12 o'clock plus 6 grams inside the buttcap.

For the 100 I would also put 5 or 6 grams at 12 o'clock but would counterbalance with one or two long nails or screws inserted into the foam in the butt of the handle. You want to add a total of about 25 added grams in the handle and the use of nails or screws is the easiest and most reversible way to do this. You can even try this with demo frames as the owner of the demo will probably not notice a couple of small holes in the foam inside the handles (and probably would not care if they did notice). These customizations would give you frames with swingweight around 320, balance around 7 HL and static weight around 340 grams (12 ounces), with overgrip.

Ye I am switching because I want bigger head size, but I try the 95 and I don't like it my friend customize it close to the 90 weight. I didn't like it. The 100 is not something I want. I want say in the 93-98. I'm going try the blade 93 soon. I try all the six.one 95 brothers and none fit me.
