Tiebreaks vs. ad games

To all the people in this forum who have posted about keeping the system of ad games in the final sets of grand slam matches (except the USOpen), I wanted to ask:

Would you prefer to do away with tiebreaks entirely and have every set go to ad games?

No. Although I hate the idea of a deciding set tiebreak, tiebreaks at the end of regular sets are fantastic. Especially at the end of 3rd or 4th sets where a guy who's 2 sets to love down can have a chance to keep the match going.

Deciding set tiebreaks in Majors end great matches prematurely I think, whereas in the 1st to 4th sets they can prolong them.

Well, IMO, the Dent vs Navarro tiebreak at the USO last year was better than the 70-68 Isner vs Mahut. Not by much though.
