Now if only Roger switched also. That would make Roger really unbeatable. Paradorn would probably be in top 5 if he would switch. What a waste of talent!! The only people who shouldn't switch are Guga, Gaudio and Haas.

boy that follow through really looks crappy though!! think i'd stick to the ol' one hander if i were you there timmy!

You really think so Golden Retriever?

I think Federer's backhand looks as good as Haas's. They both look similar hitting the drive and the slice. On the drive they both have that whippy finish. I think these two have the best one-handers around.

Just kidding about Federer, can't swashbuckle on the court like he does with a 2hander. Dead serious about Paradorn, his backhand is so inconsistent he could use the consistency of a 2hander. I think the same of James Blake too but Paradorn is a nobrainer.

I saw some clips of Blake's one hander on TennisONE, it's terrible. The sound of the ball coming off the racquet on his backhand was the sound you'd here at your local club during a seniors 3.0 tournament. No joke. However, on the run he was able to hit it pretty well. So maybe it's one of those things where he's not preparing well for the easy balls, but when he faces a difficult ball, he's able to bare down and hit it.

I saw Paradorn play Roddick this summer, and I don't really remember how he was hitting his one-handed backhand. I know he played like crap in general in that match; he looked so clueless about how to counter Roddick's great power. I think I do remember Oscar Wegner, on his website, tennisteacher.com (?) or something like that asking "Do you want to hit your backhand like Srichipan (sp?)?" So it's funny he'd ask that if Paradorn's backhand isn't any good. Do you have any clips of it?

Its good when on but it isn't on most of the time. Any club player would kill for his backhand though. Heck, a club player would kill for Elena's serve for that matter. His backhand is clearly his most inconsistent wing.

Most two handed forehands are hit with the dominant hand on bottom and the other hand on top, a cross-handed grip, like Seles and Santoro. So if Henman was doing what you were saying he was doing ty slothrop, by the way that's one hell of a last name, he wouldn't be hitting a lefty two-handed forehand. HAHAHAHAHA! YOU IMBECILE!!! Just kidding...

upon further review, that is definitely the ugliest, clumsiest, most palsiated pic of an athlete that I have ever seen. just hilarious!
