Time to chin up Novak fans!

Very depressing day as a Novak fan. Very mixed day and I almost had tears today for him.There is no deserved title until one wins it. I'm sure Novak will solve stanimal puzzle (not just Novak, but a healthy Nadal will do it as well).

but there are days, when you will get outplayed by a redlining player who decides to show up for good 15 days. It's ok, he tried his best. It is not like he played like a mug. Wawrinka played extremely well.

I have always set low expectations on Novak. By Mid of last year, I thought Novak had a big mental barrier and would never win slams. But wimbledon 14 and AO15 happened and I hope we will get atleast one more slam to remember when he wins it.

I'm extremely proud of what Novak has achieved. If some trolls want to call him a loser, so be it. I would die to be that loser.

That's just insane. Feels like 2015 was just here...

Novak's ability to win without playing his best tennis, is so impressive. His mental game is just on a level of its own. That side of Novak is perhaps the most interesting story of modern tennis for me. How the hell did he do it? How can a man control so many variables with a strong mind and an intense presence? I am a huge fan of Novak's mental game, attitude, focus, spirit on court. I love to watch him when you see him go inside himself and lock the world out. It's truly something else - feels like watching a movie sometimes - like strong acting. The yelling is a little obnoxious to me, but in the bigger picture that's a short process he needs to go through to find his "self" and get in the right zone.

Now he is ageing, and the rollercoaster form is starting to show, as expected at veteran age. But I also expect him to show us his mental prowess again - when it really matters.

Sadly, I doubt that. I would be happy if he won another or two. His and Nadal's game style is very tough on a late thirties' pro tennis players body.
