Tips on SW grip?

Anyone have any tips on maintaining the SW grip on the FH? I've been using a custom grip to give me amazing leverage and perfect SW grip, but it has a negative effect on all other strokes. I am looking to transition to a normal grip. Anyone have any tips for maintaining a SW grip with proper racquet face and not sliding into Eastern? Tuck butt cap into wrist/pad, for instance?

When you see it coming toward your forehand, just flip the racquet face (strings) facing the ground and just grip right on top of the handle. Your index knuckle should naturally land on the 4 bevel assuming you're a righty.

This should be the most common way of finding it. At least it was for me.

If your issue is slipping to eastern, rotate the racquet more with your off-hand while preparing to grip. Overdo to overcome the habit. Settle at where you’re finally comfortable - anything at SW +/- half bevel will be good if ingrained and provides results.
Are you using spread grip or closer to closed fist grip?

What are you using...something like wonder wedge (power v)?

My spouse has the same problem and we are working on fixing by changing the grip on every shot during a drill. I.e.
1. bring it back to continental and search for SW grip in a 7-10 ball drill. I usually feed 30% backhands and short balls to keep it close to live play
2. Then switch to rally ball

There is improvement shown during live match when the match is going in favor. When not...the error is atleast recognized.

Nothing helps me find each bevel better than a leather grip with a Wilson pro overgrip. Any synthetic grip plus overgrip is too rounded for me. I also went up to an L5 grip from L4.
