TMS Cincinnati?

hey all, some friends and I were planning on going to the TMS Cincinnati this year. I was checking out the webiste for ticket info. I saw a bunch of stuff about single sessions, and then packages. I was wondering if there's anything like a grounds pass. I went to the US open last year, and you could buy a grounds pass, so you could walk from court to court and watch all the matches that were't on the feature courts and stuff. Is there anything like this at the Cincinnati tournament? I don't want to pay $40 to see a single match. Thanks!

every time i went to cincy, a day ticket to the stadium court got you into the grounds and you were free to roam the courts, watch other matches, players practicing, etc. i really think the 40 bucks is good for the entire day session, and they would sell night session tickets too. it's a nice venue....great draw, and you can see lots of tennis if you go for the day session. btw if you are interested in going to a place where quite a few of the players go for dinner, try chesters road house in montgomery..and the food is great too. also the montgomery inn for killer ribs. ed

went down for the first time last year. enjoyed it. Been to the restraunt, but on the way back we stop at perkins. Not quite the same...... but i go down in a van packed of people. What day are you going down?

I think we're shooting for a Tuesday and Wednesday. Think that's like the 2nd and 3rd, or 3rd and 4th. I still need to double check everything with the people I'm going with, and with the calendar :P

a fellow tour 10 user, whats up. i'll be down there on wednesday the 4th.went for the first time last year on wed. and it was by far the best day as far as number and quallity of matches

Wow, a day pass is now $40?! I lived in The Nati (great, great city) for 2 years during grad school and an early round day pass in 2001 was like $20. A day pass would get you in to any court during the day and every court except stadium court during evening sessions. Fantastic venue. I actually walked right up and talked to Jiri Novak at a concession stand. Magnus Norman was also very nice, though his coach was staring at my wife like a perv. Sure beats the price gouging here in Chucktown at the Family Circle Cup.

buy a morning ticket for 24 bones, and you can stay all through the nught session,so long as you don't leave the grounds after the day session is over.
