Could you please help me in selecting one of these two racquets(LM4 OS or LMInstinct).

Let me explain about my game. I am a doubles player. My NTRP is 3.5. I have been playing for more than three years on clay. My forehand is Long, Fast swing with a good amount of top spin and my backhand(double fist) is Moderate swing and it is flat. I don't have a strong wrist. I am looking for a racquet which would suit my game. Thanks a lot for your time.

The LM4 is head-heavey and the instinct is head-light, with the instinct having a slighty lighter swingweight (329g).

But I've held an instinct and I thought its swingweight was more than my Radical (330g)... so I am not sure.

I think, you might be better off compairing the Instinct with the LM Prestige MP or LM Radical MP, rather than the LM4.

Just my thinking.

If you plan (and have the desire and talent) to be 4.5+, then I'd go for the Instinct (between these 2). But if you think you will play mostly doubles and will top out in the 4.0 range, go with the LM4.

The LM Radical OS falls somewhere between these two and may be something else to consider.

To Mr.Rooski..........I am planning to play only doubles. No way I will be playing singles in future.

LM Radical OS is a really good doubles stick, good power, good mobility, BIG sweetspot. Good luck.

If you have weak wrists, then the head light racquet will be much better. LM instinct is a better choice, but rooski is right. You should demo the LM radical OS with fairly low tension. LM radical OS have the biggest sweetspot I have ever seen. Good luck

Agree with above--if you feel you have weak wrists, I'd go with the Instinct. The LM 4 is longer, which sure can't help your wrist either. The only advantage I can see with the LM 4 is that its blue paint is much better looking than the Instinct.

Thanx for your reply, You have recommended Radical OS. Could you please tell me which one has got more power, is it LM Instinct or LM radical OS

You should really start a new thread for this instead of editing a two week old topic by changing the rackets you are interested in.
