He's guaranteed a medal if he just beats PCB.Zverev will need two breaks of serve to win this set. Given Djokovic's Serve potency this week it should not happen.
But you never know with Zverev, he has been oddly motivated this week for getting the medal for Germany
I don't think he is taking any "illegal" substance. That is baseless. I do think he is actively trying to disrupt his opponent's rythm though. If he's just taking a dump it's fine but people question whether he's taking some kind of illegal substance because he always comes back a new player.
It's obviously not that but i really do question what exactly they get access to. Like is it literally a bathroom or is it the bathroom in the locker room? If it's the latter then do they have access to any clothing or gear they have left in there and if so, does said clothing have a mobile phone that they can get advice and tactics from coaches from? I mean i think its just to disrupt the rhythm, maybe splash your face with water and be alone and gather your thoughts without the crowd/people in the stadium looking at you.If he's just taking a dump it's fine but people question whether he's taking some kind of illegal substance because he always comes back a new player.
How about a level match and then an immediate break?A Bo3 is rarely if ever NID because all it takes is one sustained momentum swing to turn the whole match around.
That said, I don't think panic is really justified unless he actually levels this match.
It does not have to do with being tired. He has his magic bag for the toilet breakIt must be some poetic justice that Djokovic and Fed never got the singles gold and Nadal never got the WTF.
It is somewhat Djokovic's fault for entering mixed doubles in these conditions knowing he would have to play 3 days in a row to get to the final.
