Going to be in Tokyo in a couple of weeks - wondering if anyone here has recommendations for tennis stores or used racquet stores in Tokyo?

Manga Souko and 2nd street are two big resale/thrift chains all over Japan. Manga souko typically has a decent selection of racquets. Prices can be hit or miss.

Our correspondent in the thread below was in Western Japan but maybe there are similar thrift stores in Tokyo?

We might actually be visiting Toyko at the same time. When do you arrive? I'll be there a couple days in mid-January. Have to check but I think I arrive on the 16th.

Going to the Yonex store in Tokyo would be a recommendation. While I am not sure you would find deals on racquets, I did pick up some nice (and unique) apparel at reasonable pricing.

I think you misunderstood, I'm looking to snag good deals on used racquets there, not looking to buy racquets to play with over in Tokyo.
I don’t think there is such thing as “good deal” in Tokyo for an American or European…

Didn't end up visiting any tennis shops during my couple days in Tokyo.

Spent the time trying some local cuisine (eg omakase) and also went to the teamLab sensory exhibit. Not bad, but it could have been so much more.
