Tomic Arrested

Tomic already moved to Monte Carlo, so you don't have to tell him to leave Australia.

Probably you need to tell Tennis Australia not to be too desperate to try to talk to Tomic, or tell Tennis Australia that the whole Australia hate him to death.

Just FYI, Wally Masur and Tony Roche support Tomic, and they want Tomic back in Davis Cup. You might as well tell them to leave Australia for supporting Tomic.

PS. did you know that Hewitt move to Nassau? Did you tell him to leave Australia and find a new country to infest?[emoji13]
Oh dear.

It's not about where he lives, it's his involvement with Australian tennis.
Dear old violent dad and obnoxious little Bernie weren't born in Australia - nothing keeping them here - particularly with the evil empire known as Tennis Australia ruling the roost.
Surely another country wants them - Zimbabwe perhaps?

I think Tennis Australia is well aware of the public attitude toward Tomic and dear old Dad.
To describe them as "unpopular" is a major understatement.

He was making himself available too for the first round and quarterfinal. He says he is always available for DC. It was just childish TA all along.

After all DC is not a big deal. Tomic can concentrate on his individual career and let the Aussie Knights and Warriors with their shiny golden armours ride on their high horsies and shed their tears, sweat and blood to a Davis Cup Glory [emoji191] [emoji191] [emoji191] [emoji191] [emoji191] [emoji191] [emoji471]
DC is a "big deal" for many Australians - we've won 28 of them.
How many has your country won?

You must be confusing yourself there. You ask Tomic to find a new country yet he already found a new country.

He is not in Australia.

He doesn't want to talk to TA.

Now tell me, why the hell does TA even care or try to talk to Tomics? Don't you and all the rednecks do not want him here? Why bother contacting him at all? So that he can help Aussie win Davis Cup? What hypocrites, egoistic and opportunist lots.
You are very amusing.

I agree. I'm not sure why TA wants to reconcile with Tomic. He is not a potential GS champ and he will always be a pain. The family is crazy and that's never going to change. Just let the guy go. The Tomic clan are idiots, but I also think it's stupid for TA to constantly make public comments about them. Why would an organization allow its spokesman to say that Tomic has hit rock bottom? That is just stupid and adding fuel to the fire. Any question about the family should be answered with two words, no comment.

As far as funding Sara goes, why doesn't big brother step up? For as horrible as they say TA is, they still want their money. Even is Sara is a grand slam champ (which I highly doubt) giving her money is probably more trouble than it's worth.

Agreed.

The reality is that stating you won't fund Sara because of her father while funding East Europeans to turn Australian has angered Tomic, rightly or wrongly.

And the reality is that TA just simply getting an underling to tell Tomic his court time is no longer free is just insultingly amateur behaviour by over-paid oligarchs.

At the end of the day the Aussies can not make their mind up.

To want or not to want Tomic?

Kudos Tomic for teasing and testing the Aussie's fake principle.

A young migrant "nobody" who does not kowtow to TA and has the power over TA [emoji13] [emoji13] [emoji13] [emoji13] [emoji13] and angers zillions of Aussies.

Who cares? Tomic is nothing special and will never amount to anything. Kok is a far superior talent. Everyone will forget Tomic in 2 years.

By the time Tomic was at the age Kokkinakis is at now, Tomic already had 2 junior slams, a QF run at Wimbledon, 2 top 10 wins and was inside the top 40. Kokk has none of those.

Also while you were all ******** about Tomic, he's gone into the SF in Bogota. He's now made 8 QF's in 2015. Lol at nothing special

He's just not tho. As much as anyone wants him to be, he's not a special player. He lacks elite athleticism. And thats before you even get into the trainwreck that is his mental focus. Since that QF Wimby appearance he's done NOTHING in the 15 slams afterwards. Despite entering what should be the beginning of his prime he lost to Kokkinakis at FO15.

Everyone was expecting much more after all the hype. At this point he is not even a John Isner type of talent. If Isner was pulling the same stuff in the US he would kicked to the curb and hung to dry. Some thing with Jack Sock who is similar in age and ranking to Tomic.

The oligarchs who run tennis are so used to outsourcing trouble-making workers to Asia that they have difficulty in managing anyone due to a born-to-rule mentality.

Tomic can trouble most of the better players on the Tour.

But as we seen at Wimbldon when he played Djokovic, his mindset of playing a safe game just won't cut it against the really big boys.

Murray has a similar mindset of playing safe but his movement is on a different planet to that of Tomic.

I reckon if Tomic had gambled big time against Djokovic at Wimbledon and taken a really big rip at the ball,he is

more than capable on a certain day of beating him.

LOL. 2 4R appearances at the Aus Open and an additional 4R at Wimbledon. The way you're acting you'd think he's lost in the 1R every time! Everyone know Tomic is awful on clay so his French Open performances are hardly shocking, but take a look at his other performances, Quarterfinal at Indian Wells, numerous 4R at slams, 3 atp tour finals, 2 titles. 8 QF's in 2015. Honestly you have to be blind to say he's been doing nothing. He's skyrocketed up the rankings this year.

4th Round appearances! The stuff of legends! You and I have very different definitions of a "special player."

He's hardly a bad boy. He's a steriotypical Queensland dooshbag. With way too much money from a young age he's just gone off the rails due to feral genes and ****wit parenting coupled with thinking he's god's gift.

A bad boy would be stealing cars, assaulting people or dealing drugs. Tomic is just a prize dooshbag. Hopefully he grows out of it before it spirals too far out of control.
Actually, Rafter is more of a stereotypical Queenslander. He loves his sport, his family, and doesn't mind a beer. Also worked BLOODY hard to get where he wanted to be. Tomic is just a tool.

Hear, hear.
He's also humble despite owning two things Tomic will never have - two grand slam titles.

Its funny how you can spoon feed people an explanation of a relatively simple legal concept such that a 2nd grader could understand the situation and THEY call YOU ignorant.

11/10 unintentional humor.

The cops were not there to mediate ANYTHING. They were called to evict. Period. The property owner had already decided they wanted Tomic GONE. That's their decision to make, it was final and Tomic's foolish refusal to abide by it lead to his arrest. The law ain't complicated here. The idea that the police should have talked the property owner into letting a belligerent guest stay is hilarious.
Sure, I'll play.

So the rule is to be a property owner asserts a trespass claim and LE may do nothing to deescalate/mediate but must simply remove the trespasser. PERIOD.

If we implement your rule in the case where there is no allegation of non-payment by an invitee, where their is no evidence of property damage, no threat of physical force and there are (irrespective of what we think happened) factual disputes ultimately to be resolved by a trier of fact concerning whether, in fact, a trespass did occur should this be pushed further into the system then given that there is no discretion by LE in your rule it has to apply when:

some white piece of trash, racist, "anti-government" buffoon named "Cliven" is trespassing on Government property where (A) there is absolutely no issue of fact as to whether a trespass is occurring because a Federal District Court Judge has already ruled that a trespass has occurred and must be enjoined (a wee bit stronger than the property owner's agents blanket after the fact assertions), (B) there is no issue that money owed the landowner has not been paid and (C) the trespasser is heavily armed and threatening violence.

In such a case rather then deescalating and figuring out some other means to resolve the situation, LE should have removed the trespasser and used whatever means required to do so. Because as you said, the property owner, in this case the US govt wanted the trespasser removed and additionally and not required by your rule here the courts already ruled on the trespass. If LE needs to kill the trespasser so be it.

The crazy thing is you might actually fit into certain LE departments in the US. Thankfully the Feds took a different approach. And, no, I do not support this ass-wipe or his crazy supporters but I applaud LEs DISCRETION in handling it. It will get resolved eventually.

Tomic is a wealthy young man with likely a long career ahead. A lot of people are not as fortunate and being run through the criminal system when not really necessary would be very damaging to their lives. I never said at the end of the day Tomic wasn't getting booted from the hotel. I said the police should have first attempted to mediate/deescalate. If the W had a hard on to remove him then they could have simply offered him the opportunity to leave rather then running him through the already massively overloaded US criminal system. But it's one of the things we are still #1 at over here. Locking people up. You can't touch us. We're number one !

Whatever Tennis Australia's faults, Bernie "channelling" his father (broken English and all) ^^ sounds like an impossible situation to manage.

I used to enjoy watching him play but he seems to have lost that spark he had few years ago.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

^^ "Guiney had a strong working relationship with Tomic throughout their association, but often butted heads with his domineering dad, John. The 83-year-old said Tomic appeared to be channelling his father in his latest tirade.

"It sounded more like John than Bernard talking to me," Guiney said."

Australian news reports tonight say little Bernie has picked up to $4 million in support from Tennis Australia over the years.
What a bargain!
Bernie at Wimbledon said: "A lot of money was invested in me for sure. But whatever they got in return 10, 20 times more."
So little Bernie reckons he's been worth between $40 million and $80 million.
Wow.
There's a great old saying: I'd like to buy him at my price and sell him at his.

So TA invested four million in Tomic and then had an underling advise him he had to pay for court hire and now they are desparate to get him back to the Davis Cup.

Nothing really makes sense with this story.

No wonder you want Tomic out of Australia, while Wally Masur wants him back in Davis Cup.

No wonder her royal highness TA wants Tomic to be their slave.
