Wow! I didn't know that you have been hired as a spokesman for Fed!
Am I the only one who sees the irony in what this poster said?

And Novak is getting younger and his game lends itself to short points? Rafa's injuries are probably due to him being very successful at a very young age before his body was fully formed. Of course Djokovic was 21 before he won his first slam and didn't win another one until he was 24.

There are two threads going on this subject, neither of which was started by a Rafan. So take your own advice and disperse. It's not a story.
John McEnroe, commentating for ESPN during Nadal's latest match - a 6-0, 6-2, 6-2 bludgeoning of Tommy Robredo - said this: “What we’re seeing here, this guy is the Leonardo da Vinci—the Albert Einstein—of tennis.”I gather you are talking about his brain, no?
In that case, I have news for you ....
23-12 9-3 in majors nadal widely considered already goat by his peers.....how is that painful?Man, the pain must be unbearable. On behalf of Roger Federer, I apologize for causing it to you.
Don't worry, I'm sure Rafa will soon be back to losing in the second round to some 100+ ranked guys so you won't have to suffer deep into the second week...

Murray, djokovic, lopez, ferrer, verdasco, monfils have all claimed nadal as goat.Didnt know you are Nadal peer.

Toni going back were he came from, giving lessons to noobs, only difference is he will get more money this time.
Well Nole took a long time to get going. He won his 2nd slam in 2011, 3 years after winning his first one in 2008 and considering Nole has never missed a slam and Rafa has missed quite a few due to injury, Rafa is still 2 slams ahead of him. Djoker was a one slam wonder for 3 years and was slamless for his first 4 years after turning pro.
You realize that that was 4 years ago, no? And Rafa isn't getting any younger, not to mention his style of game doesn't exactly lend itself to short points.
See my post above.I said nothing about Djokovic...
Murray, djokovic, lopez, ferrer, verdasco, monfils have all claimed nadal as goat.
Murray and djokovic have also cited federer winning in australia as an achievement but not a surprise given he had 6 months off and an extra days rest for final. So i think they are basically saying dont get carried away to federer and his team.
Im surprised they have been quire so open about it. Will fire federer up im sure
There is a lack of competition on the WTA tour.Richard Williams >>>> Toni Nadal
Just saying.
There is a lack of competition on the WTA tour.
Lol this argument has been debunked so many times, especially when looked at over the course of the past 15 years (The entirety of Serena's career). Only people that still use this are trolls and haters.
Richard Williams >>>>> Toni Nadal
He belongs on the Mt Rushmore of coaches along with Bill Belicheck, Phil Jackson & Emanuel Steward

Apart from your fkrst sentence which is unnecessary i dont entirely disagree with your post. I think his injuries have cost him losses yes but the big breaks have prolonged his career as well.In this delusion of a post there is a nugget.
The bolded part is precisely one of the reasons why Nadal was able to launch himself to peak performances every time after a long absence.
Many speculate that his injuries hampered his career, but they were probably blessing in disguise (well "injuries").
Some folks are going to be thrilled to hear this.
I'd love to see a list of Nadal's ''injuries'' compared to Del Potro's. Yeah i'm sure a few are legit but he's like the boy that cried wolf.
Also, pretty sad you have to attack Federer out of the blue for no reason. Just shows how oversensitive you Rafa fanatics are.
