Lol! So to you the two backhands into the net were the decider? What match did you watch? Alcaraz had break points in almost all the games in the second set, he forgive djokovic A LOT, it was obvious how superior he was being, just that he ended up missing some easy shots and forgiving a lot, that set should have never got to the tie breaker, he got his nose in practically every novak service game, alcaraz missed many more chances than djokovic and still won, he was clearly the superior player, first set he gave it out because of nerves, and should have won in 4 honestly, only match out of the 3 they have played novak has won was the one where alcaraz couldnt move, thats a fact, even djokovic said it, alcaraz is today the best plsyer in the world, and onlh a blind man couldnt see that.

Djokovic being outplayed for most of the match and they talk about the only couple of remarkable mistakes novak did in the whole match, lol, it was always in alcarazs racquet, if he could play his level of tennis nobody today has a chance, not even novak, novak had chances because alcaraz was nervous because of precedents and because center court is his backyard nowadays and alcaraz had little experience on grass, in normal conditions alcaraz has a level of tennis djokovic can really do nothing about.

I agree the best Djokovic can do is slightly delay it, and even then I don't think he will, CA just beat him on his best surface ... Djokovic _might_ get him in AO - but doubt it.
It's up to the young guys, but it will take a few years, so I expect Carlos to hoover up 75% of the slams over the next 3/4 years...
