Cool idea! And great list. You definitely hit all the main ones I can think of. One change I would make is to place Rosol d. Nadal as 1st. That match was the first one that showed the big 4 (especially Nadal and Federer) were mortal after going deep in pretty much every slam the previous 3-4 years.

The one infamous match I see you've missed...Robredo d. Federer

Federer losing to Berdych at Wimbledon in 2010 was a huuuugge upset. It is much higher ranked than you have it and probably only third to Djokovic/Querrey and Djokovic/Istomin. He hadn't lost before the final there in 8 years.

1. Istomin def Djokovic AO17
2. Rosol def Nadal W12
3. Stakhovsky def Federer W13
4. Kyrgios def Nadal W14
5. Querrey def Djokovic W16
6. Brown def Nadal W15
7. Robredo def Federer USO13
8. Cilic-Nishikori final USO14
9. Willis def Berankis W16
10. Wawrinka def Djokovic AO14

Berdych's run to the Wimbledon final really catapulted him to perennial top 10 status. It was like night and day, he broke the top 10 and stayed between #5-9 for pretty much all the next 5 years.
