If Nalby doesn't win, I'm gonna cry and get drunked.
CANNOT WAIT! I think it would be a shame for tennis if Murray wins this. Nalbandian is so classy and plays the game the right way. I think it'll be close and if Nalbandian plays well then he should have the game to win regardless but Murray could frustrate him into enough errors to give himself a chance. Hope Nalbandian wins, fingers crossed. He deserves to.

I feel like a record on repeat guys, EVERY SINGLE MATCH I've said Nalbandian's got to be out of gas, and he keeps winning.
I will say it one more time - Nalbandian's GOT to be out of gas now, or else we may have to check if he's a robot. Murray in 2?
I know! I always seem to goof up these match threads...![]()
erm ... this is a Quarterfinal match ... (not 1/16) (sorry)
If Nalby doesn't win, I'm gonna cry and get drunked.
This will be a good match. I think either player will gain lots of confidence from a win in this match. Both are good players, if both deliver, good match!
You're going to have to explain this one to me. How would it be bad for tennis if Murray won, and how does Murray play tennis the "wrong way", as you've alluded to there? Furthermore what is the "right way" to play tennis?![]()
It would be bad for tennis if Murray won? What? How so?
And the right way to play in any sport is the way that leads to a win.

Murray looks like a fool in this match. Screaming, gesturing, falling over. Nalbandian doesn't give him a single easy ball to attack, making him run like a rabbit the whole match.
Ok, explanation time: I feel that it would be a pity for tennis as a game to see a stylist like Nalbandian overcome by someone like Murray who mainly, let's face it, keeps the ball in play and grinds out results by looking for errors. (If you think not, then review his match against Monfils last night) If, purely for example, we have 100 kids who look at this match tonight and see Nalbandian's attacking, fluent game overcome Murray, wouldn't it be far better to have this as a role model than the alternative? This is only an opinion but tennis would be better off if more people tried to strike the ball like Nalbandian rather than Murray. His game, while undoubtedly rather successful, is for me boring more often than not and I'm sure I'm not the only one on these boards calling for an Argentine win tonight.
Oh and Destro, please don't attribute quotes to me that I never made. I said Nalbandian plays the "right way" not Murray plays the "wrong way" as your post stated.
Murray has the ability to turn up the aggression like he did at the AO. If he does, we have ourselves a good match. If he keeps pushing, then I think Nalby is going to eat him up.
I have gone with Nalbandian in straight sets, Murray isnt playing great while Nalbandian is in fine form also lets not forget Nalbandian has a 2-0 record v Murray and their last match Paris Masters 2008 Murray came into that match having won the last 2 masters events! so if Nalbandian can beat an in form Murray then you have to make him slight favourite against the Murray we saw tonight!
It's also worth noting that Murray wa playing his 13th match in 17 days when he faced Nalby in Paris - Murray had won St Petersurg and Madrid in the two weeks prior to Paris.
As a sight aside, Murray's former coach said last night that Murray is a major fanboy of Nalby!
Very fair pointbut Murray played at a very good level in that match against Nalbandian in Paris he hasnt come close to that level this week and he will need it today and maybe even better!

I will join you! can't stand Murray both his style of play and attitude but I also love watching Nalby and think his comeback is great for the tour![]()

Where did he say that Batz?
Doesn't surprise me, I think Muzza was a big Coria fan too.
