Torso turn on forehand

I like hitting my forehand inside-out, but I can't get the torso turn right. Sometimes, I feel like I have to put a brake at the end of the torso turn so the arm can still hit inside-out. And i get a bad "feeling" in my back. Is this shot not supposed to have as much of a torso turn, ie is it more of an arm shot?

From my limited experience playing, it is definitely not the arm shot. I have to arm a lot of mine because I forget to coil. The arm shot is very weak. It allows the opponent to get to the ball every time. Watching Federer, unhappy face, it's apparent that he just takes the ball in a different place then I've been trying to take the ball. May help you.

I definitely coil and uncoil. I guess i just have too much angular momentum and then i need to brake it so it doesn't affect the inside-out where the arm is sort of heading.
