Tourna 150-CS strong notching.

Hey guys.
Avid home stringer here, but I have a question if anyone can answer me. I use a Tourna 150-CS, and I generally love to string on it, but there’s one thing that just seems super weird to me, unless I’m doing something wrong.
Whenever I have to pull tension, I have to wrap the string around the tensioner, and then feed it through a sharp corner, which makes the string notch, so after string a 16x20 racquet, I have a notch on all those strings.

Please tell me I’m doing something wrong, and how to fix it. Some pictures for reference.

I would suggest that you find somebody that works in a professional machine shop to do this.
They will have the tools and expertise to do it perfectly, and not leave any burrs, etc. that might make it worse.

Just round it over with a file designed to remove metal. I have done it for friends who have DWs. It’s about a 5 minute task since I have all the tools from other hobbies.

Looks like what you’re doing is correct. Call unique sports and tell Them about your issue.

You can remove the lower part from the round tensioner to get to the sharp edge and give it a larger radius.
Im not sure I follow. The bottom part is put together with three screws. If I unscrew them, I can somehow increase the angle so coming around won’t be such a sharp angle?

Do as earlier stated and remove the bottom part of the tensioner, 'round' the corner over with a file. A fine flat file would do it or a jewelers flat file...5 min fix at best.
