I practiced wtih a top 100 player in Canada and he blew me out 6-0 in a practice set in like 20 minutes.

Is 18-12 supposed to mean like ages 12 through 18?

although, they dont have the results up yet, i thought i'd inform you of my win, i won 6-2, 6-0, and am now set to play the 3rd seed who also won convinclingly 6-1, 6-0, this should be a tougher challenge

well, it wasn't the best result but i guess i should post it. In the first match (against the 3 seed) i played very well and won in a 2 hour match 6-4 7-6, then an hour later against the 8 Seed who had lost to the 3 seed in a different tournament i LOST 7-6, 7-6, it wasn't even that the guy was just that good, i was just really tired from the first match so resorted to "almost pushing", (i came to net a few times) and i broke a string so played w/ my backup. Anyway,i guess the tournament is over for me so......... lets see your draws

I was keeping up with him untill the 3rd game. Then after a longer point, I realized that this wasn't going to be easy. My body was physically drained after the week of sickness I thought I was well but my body was saying different. Usually I'm the person that's never tired.

holy crap i cannot believe i was down match point first round. worst match i have ever played. but luckily i rebounded and won the tournament, thats a 19 match winning streak. too bad it was my last 14 sectional, i age out in feb. so i decided to start playing up

Can you serve the ball at 140 MPH?? There was a 14yr old at the US open that was serving the ball at 142mph/............

i've heard donald young serves it up pretty fast too... he's 17

how were you down match point first round? if the tiebreak in the second set was 7-5, then its impossible for him to have had a match point. did they report the score wrong?

I played a tourney this past weekend. Played my friend in the first round. I won the first set 6-2, he won the second 6-4, and he won the super-tiebreak 10-8. Frustrating losing, while winning more games.

I played in that tournament last year, but it was for the fourteens. i lost to the one seed in the second round, but it was a great match...hes top 100 in the nation in 12's.
