Over the summer I have created a training program for myself. It involves all different types of training such as training on different shots, fitness training etc. I have managed to work it all around what my personal life aswell. But I was wondering how much tennis I need to play a week and what types of fitness training do i need to be doing and how much of it. (e.g. 7 hours jogging a week etc.) Any advice would be much appreciated!
