Tsitsipas says : "Strength of Navy Seal needed to win the French Open ... "

Stefanos Tsitsipas believes he’ll need to have the mental and physical strength of an elite, battle-hardened special forces commando to break through to a maiden Grand Slam title. The Greek World No. 5 came agonizingly close to winning the French Open in 2021 when he surrendered a two-sets lead to lose in five to Novak Djokovic.

It’s a memory which still haunts him, especially after losing to the Serbian superstar again in January in the final of the Australian Open. “There are a few guys that can play good under pressure, especially in big, tight moments, and you have to have the mental strength of a Navy SEAL [Sea, Air, and Land Teams] to pull it through,” said Tsitsipas, hailing the crack US special forces unit.

Maybe we'll see Stefan display Navy Seal like mental toughness and beat Alcaraz, Djokovic and then Rune to win the title ?

yes and maybe I'll win the lottery tonight, same odds.
Aren't you recycling your own jokes? I do share your apparent passion for money though.

If he does this then we can expect an ATG like career from him since he is only 24 even now... plenty of time left to win slams... ?

The forum will erupt if he can do this.
One thing that's pretty clear about Tsitsipas at this point is that he'll never be an ATG. But he could grab a slam or two, maybe even 3.

Djoker will slow down very soon so it’s opening up the field there are guys ahead of him in rune and Alcaraz and of course Djoker is still way ahead of him for min 2 yrs so he’s still able to bag one but the jury is still out maybe if he hangs around top 5 like he is he gets a shot if he is consistently going QF every slam for next 4-5 yrs

Lendl won his first slam when he was 24 and he went on to win 8 of them.

But of course Tsitsipas ain't no Lendl.
Lendl never had Djokovic, Nadal and Federer in his way. Otherwise Lendl would be just like Tsitsipas that everyone enjoys making fun of :-D

Tsitsipas has not improved on his backhand and return of serve, which is much needed if he's ever to snatch a slam. Practically every onehander on tour is better than Stef's. Musetti, Dimitrov, Shapo, Evans, Gasquet, Wawrinka, Lajovic, Altmaier, even Thiem nowadays hits a better ohbh. Tsitsipas plays a good deal of doubles with his brother Petros, that should help him to enhance his returning of serve.
