Tsonga out for 2 months with injury

"Jo-Wilfried Tsonga is expected to be out for two months with a knee injury he suffered during Wimbledon.

That means the Frenchman will miss next week's Davis Cup quarterfinal against Spain. Richard Gasquet is also out of the tie with the back injury that kept him out of Wimbledon."

Can't catch a break apparently in what's been an otherwise good year =(

I watched his post match interview after he lost to Murray. In the French interview he spoke about this and that he would get the knee checked out in Paris. Hopefully he recovers soon because he's a fun player to watch and he's been in form these past two weeks.

Lucky break for Spain. Without Nadal they were probably the slight underdogs thanks to Tsonga and the playing away factor. Now France will have a much tougher time.

I actually called this just before Wimbledon, although I thought it was gonna happen during Wimbledon, which probably did, only that today we find out about it.

Tsonga getting injured is one of the safest bets for the tour atm and that's a shame 'cause he is such a joy to watch.
