TTW Current Top 10

Top 10 in what?

If you mean how good as tennis players then your list is ridicilous, considering most of the guys on the list have no match video whatsoever, you can't judge how good someone is based off a video of them rallying or hitting strokes.

If you mean by quality of strokes in general, then your list is even worse because there are many others that are much better here that also have videos.

A few people on the list are good if you take both these into consideration, but overall, poor list.

3 out of 10 at best.

If you want to make a list of players based on their tennis level then include only people who posted actual match footage, if not then include ALL not just a select few videos you saw, here are just a few people you missed that are good, some would smoke almost everyone on your list easily

side thought, i wonder if i could make a video that could make the top 10,... with good editing (and music), where i'm hitting lefty.

ttps vs tp would be 6-1 6-2. I think they can play each other to 'prove' me wrong - they are just 5 hours apart and can setup a match in between.

Driving 2,5 hrs to make a statement of someone other’s...

Considering how TP handled BallBag in their last match, I have no doubt TP will beat TTPS in straight sets. TP is a fantastic defender.

GD'd be at least nytennisaddict level or above. No joke.
yeah, i always thought GD was very good... seemed to be an extremely consistent tough guy to beat.
it was easy to get carried away bashing him since he keeps insisting 2h fh/bh is the wave of the future.

that said, neither he nor i should be in the top 10 :p there are quite a few good vids there... and i know folks that didn't post vids that are 5.0's

yes, thanks for the inputs. I'm going to revise it tonight while watching AO.
when you revise, can you post the vid evidence next to the person...
i can't find that thread with all the vids atm...

If someone really wanted to do this properly (before you think it... no, I'm too lazy)... you could pick one poster - someone responsible and reasonable (lots of options - @nytennisaddict @J011yroger, etc) and who's willing to do it (that's the tough part) and folks could anonymously (well, the poster/moderator would know who you are, but no one else) send them their NTRP, UTR, other ranking info, video, etc etc and they could construct something resembling a TT ladder. Schmke's done that *sort* of work here with NTRP stuff each year. But, again... who's willing to do the work...

TonLars was around in 2018. But might have been before Summer. Anyway, some vid of Tony (D2/5.5 at his peak)

Heres some more

Would beat 99% of this board 6:0 6:0 lol

He is UTR12 now, but I think he was UTR13 at one point, and his results here seems to show comfortable wins against UTR12 and a very tough match that he lost after 3rd set tiebreak against an UTR13

LOTS of top coaches would say it's 'ridiculous' to say you CAN'T.

But hey, what do THEY know!
