I am torn between Medvedev and Thiem.

They are my two most favorite players, I might lean more towards Thiem but I think Medvedev deserves this equally.

TTW , who do you want to win?

I just want a good match! Is the reign of the big 3 over? With neither Nadal nor Djokovic making the final, the writing is on the wall. Granted, the semifinal matches were very close so you can't write off Nadal and Djokovic just yet. But, I am looking forward to the 2021 slams to see if Thiem, Medvedev, Zverev, Rublev, Tsitsipas and Shapovalov will confirm the start of a new era in men's tennis.

Outside of Nadal at RG it looks like it is coming closer but wouldn’t say so yet.

I am just hoping that it will be a tightly contested match (3 sets, at least one TB, please), and may the best dwarf win.

With that said, Timmy had his big title this year. It will be nice if Meddy wins it, so that he goes in 2021 with confidence.

8-)

Team Thiem here.

#ThiemThiem!!! The man's name sounds like TEAM lol :D it's a pun screaming at us and somehow I've gotten way crazier things to catch on o_O

Hope Thiem wins and becomes the #1 ranked player in the world at some point next year - he deserves it with his consistency on clay and hard courts all year long for almost two years now.

Tim already has the USO so if it wasn't for the 2019 heartbreak, I would be rooting for Medvedev.

But Medvedev also hasn't had the best 2020,
So it would be bad losing the WTF after so many efforts.

I am torn

Thiem DOMINATED the "which player do you get on with" at the ATP finals, and he's DOMINATING this TTW poll, and my mother seems to desperately want him as a son in law or maybe just a son full stop.

How does Thiem manage to be so likeable? That is the question we must all ask ourselves.

1HBH, power and the hope for someone from the "younger" generations with a quality at least close to an ATG. ANYONE.

Oh, and, also, the backdrop is important, no?

Putting aside that as a fan of Rafa and Novak it may be better if Med wins, I simply enjoy Thiem's game more - very exciting player - and he's very hard to dislike. I also thought that Thiem's matches versus Rafa and Novak were the best matches of the tourney so far (I haven't been able to watch every match, though).

So, hoping I didn't jinx him, Team Thiem or Thiem Team for me.

I’m rooting for Thiem, but also like Med. I’m not a fan of either of their games, however. Hope the grunting will be minimal.

With these kinds of matches I wait until it starts to find out whom I'm rooting for.

Both deserve it, Thiem should get it coz of last year's finale.

He can inject pace when he needs to but on the whole he wins on the metronomic consistency from the backcourt. I just don't like watching tall players with that style.

Why the hate on the fact a player is tall? Are you short? Would you rather watch tall servebots?

Thiem for the win... I would like to see him getting to top 2 and watch interesting dynamics in the SF match ups next year, unless the organizers continue to fix draws drawing Nadal and Thiem for all important matches (majors).

Thiem although would be happy for Med. Its no mean feat beating Djoker and then Rafa in successive matches en-route to the final.

Dom was very gracious after winning the USO...

Don't care really. But I think Thiem beating Djokovic is much more impressive than Med beating Nadal, so I would like Thiem to win. Unfortunately, Thiem has a bad habit of not playing his best in the final, but I hope that doesn't happen this time.

Prefer Thiem and his game
But dont mind Medvedev winning at all. Would be great to see someone go undefeated in the tournament.
