One thing that I can't stop talking about is how wonderful Tennis Warehouse customer service is. I had multiple orders within a span of last two weeks and orders had items that were back ordered so multiple deliveries and so I wasn't aware of how and when some items will reach me. I was a little confused as my UPS tracker showed one order on the way but the TW invoice I got in email showed that it was just a partial order with no mention of back ordered item in both orders.
In comes Valentino to save the day. He was courteous, professional and more than happy to look into my orders, check if items were in back in stock, and then went above and beyond by upgrading my shipping as I needed the item for a family member who was traveling overseas in a few days.
You guys rock @TW Staff and I'm glad you guys are maintaining such a high level of professionalism and customer service. No wonder I don't want to shop tennis anywhere else. If only everyone had this level of high service! Just wanted to put it out there.
