I placed an order over the weekend and wanted to make sure I got my order by the predicted date. I did not recieve any e-mail that my order was processed nor shipped. So I called the 800 number. The CS rep said my order has been processed and should be shipping today. I'm somewhat releaved, but I still did not recieve any e-mail confirmation, so I can track the order. Is there something wrong with the TW e-mail system? I was told by the CS rep to check my spam folder, after she verified my e-mail address. I don't have a spam or bulk mail folder, coz I use a POP3 mail server. What's the deal here?
