TW- Prince NEOS Question.

Hello TW,

I just got the Prince Neos 1000 machine that I ordered from you guys. When I opened the box containing the stand first, and one of the attachments for the legs ( the little things that screw in the bottom of the leg) was broken. I called you guys and was told to contact prince.

Also I am trying to calibrate the tension, and the small allen wrench required to adjust the tension was not included. If you guys could e-mail me and let me know what you guys can do if anything to correct these problems or let me know how I can get the stuff.

An allen wrench is a really common tool; you can pick a whole set up in a hardware store for about $10. Hope that helps!

Yeah thanks. I had to come across one on my own, but I figured the machine should come with the proper tools to adjust everything. Oh well.
