I've looked through a few video reviews. I find I can get a good impression of the reviewer's ability by looking at their groundstroke spin/pace in different vids. On the serve though it's harder for me to tell. Are you all taking it easy serving during these reviews. Chris is in a lot of the reviews and I rarely see his serves kick above the returner's waist. Most returners are waiting at the baseline and it doesn't look like they're cutting it off. Even in the PDR+ video, it seemed that the serves weren't necessarily much bigger? I will say that I felt the groundies definitely seemed to have a lot more driven in the PDR vids. I don't think it's just the camera angle. FWIW, I judge a decent kick serve if I get it to peak at least shoulder high (head high is even better). This isn't meant to criticize any of the reviewer's playing ability. I just want to clarify if you're hitting easy serves to start rallies for the video. I suppose aces and return errors may not be too entertaining.
