TW RF97 Re-release

What would it take to get this released again @TW Staff Michele? I just talked to a few friends and there seems to be great demand for this racquet right now. Is this likely to happen in the future?

As of now, we see no plans for the RF97 coming back but that isn't to say it never will be. We have seen Wilson bring about re-releases of their classic frames. Hopefully, we see that happening to the RF97 some day.

i'm interpreting this as Wilson will release all retail versions of Roger's sticks as part of one epic retro release.

I don't forsee any of this happening until 2030 at the earliest (2035+ probably more likely, if it happens ever). They're not going to re-release a frame they literally just discontinued

I mean they're not gonna release any Federer retro frames while they're selling the RF01 as "the Federer frame"

I’d buy them all. I’m not even kidding. It’d probably cost $2-3k but it’d be worth it to get my hands on them again

I have been thinking a lot about this. Now that they have the RF Branding on the new frames, it’s opening a brand within. I could absolutely see there being at least several retro releases - N90, K90 and RF97 but with RF buttcaps and graphics that are the same as old, only say RF on them.
