TW STAFF...Yonex Rdis 100 mid review please?

Hello,

Just curious if you guys are ever going to review the Rdis 100 line...specifically the mid. The RDS/Rdis line has long been a popular player's racquet and I am shocked there has not been a review yet since though the racquet has been out for quite a while and several newer racquets have already been reviewed. Thanks.

your signature indicates you already use the racquet -- what purpose would a review serve? Are you still uncertain of how it plays?

Ha...very good question. No, I am extremely happy with my racquets...I love them. I just like to read the reviews and see what other people think. Not to mention I think reviews typically help people who are on the fence.

We do not have the RDiS sticks on schedule right now.

We will keep your request in mind once we get caught up on the other reviews we have planned.

Yonex always gets the shaft when it comes to reviews. Never mind the fact that the RDiS Mid is actually quite different from it's predecessor by the fact that it has a larger head size and a totally different mold. Things like that aren't nearly as important as some BS made up "technology" and a fancy new paint job. :)

I completely agree. Apparently high end players sticks from lesser recognized (aka not Wilson, Head, Babolat, Prince) don't get much attention since they appeal to a smaller audience. Its's too bad because I can attest that the Rdis 100 mid is one of the best sticks I've ever used. So much better than any gimmicky garbage that somehow gets a great review. I'm a 5.0 that has toyed around with every stick known to man and I would like to see Yonex get some credit for producing such a good stick.

Hey thatguy, while we're on the subject, how 'bout posting a little "user review" of the RDiS Mid? How does it compare to the RDX 500 Mid? Thanks!

I agree. There's a dedicated Yonex fan base that would really like to see these rackets reviewed. But they don't sell like the Heads or the Wilsons, so I guess they're low down on the TW playtest list.
