TW Store account seems to be gone

So, I haven't ordered anything from TW since .... 2020? Tried to log in and failed. Put in my email - which I double checked from the receipt from a few previous orders - and it said that no account with that email existed.

Not a big deal, just made a new one with that email, but ... did they wipe accounts sometime in the past 4-5 years?

This happened to me. After a certain period without any purchases, they delete your account. I created a new one, but I do miss looking back at what I bought and comparing prices.

Yes, mixtape is correct. After a few years without any activity, the account is purged. However, if you hav an order number, we can still look up your orders for any reason.
