Two Handed Backhand with 90 inch head?

I have recently switched from a wilson k95 to the K90. I love the racket but my backhand has suffered while most of my other shots have improved. I was wondering if anyone else uses a two handed backhand with a similar 90 inch racket head and if they had any tips for me.

The smaller head size means that you really have to concentrate on having clean contact. Look at the contact point when you are striking the ball, it will help alot.

i understand exactly what your talking about i had an ncode 90 that i loved and was literally undefeated with it when playing other 4.5's. the mose amazing bh slice. Allowed you to stay in any rally and make the other guy make the error. The fh was really nice too. but the bh drive was very difficult. because of the weighting. You really have to keep your head down and still on the shot. the k 90's weight is easier to drive the bh. since the ncode 90 broke havn't found another one like it and have decided to switch to a pd+ a raquet with a not so good bh slice or volley but no really weaknesses i feel. Seems like with raquets if you get one thing you give another up. the pd+ is the best compromise for me since my old nocode 90 broke.

I use a fxp prestige mid and i didnt realy have a problem swiching to it but one thing i have noticed is that you have to use your feet more and good weight distrobution to get the best results. Dont worry it will come

Smaller head require some time to get used to. Try to hit more BHs during practice. I'm sure u will find the groove u r looking for.

I have used a PS 85 and now a Volkl Tour 10 V-Eingine with a 93 head size. Never had a problem. Of course, I also used a T3000, TAD Davis Imperial, Head Professional, and the Yonex 8700 (green oval pressed shaft) back in the day.

So I got used to smaller head sizes. In fact, I think 93 is huge.

So keep practicing with it.

I recently switched to a 93 sq in. KBlade from an oversize, and my 2hbh got better. All it takes is some time to get used to it.

Been absolutely rockin backhands the past little while.

When you say your BH suffers, what exactly suffers? Pace, Spin, Consistency, Clean contact in the sweet spot?

You wouldn't ask for medical advice by saying "I don't feel good, can you give me advice?"

You need to specifically describe what you are having trouble with, and your playing level.

Then, maybe, possibly, we can help :)
