TW's specifications vs. ********'s specifications.

Concerning the 300 4D aerogel, TW has the racket as a 320 swing weight with a 60 stiffness rating.

Yet ******** gives it a 305 swingweight with a 62 stiffness rating. What gives? That's a huge difference in swingweight, in my opinion.

TW uses actual measurements as opposed to mfg. given specs. I don't know what other places use.

I think this is the major difference. I know that many other sites list unstrung specs. This is the only one I can recall right now that lists them strung.

If they are giving strung weights it does make sense because that is closer to the actual weight of the racket... however the down side is that the weight of the string can vary quite a bit.

The stiffness difference could just be what's measured by the manufacturer versus what's measured by TW.

It could also depend on where they measure the stiffness. Remember, very few racquets have the same flex in the head and throat. It can even vary throughout the head.
