This is my fav. GS because of the time it is played. I love the AO, but I can watch the matches during the day for the US Open. I can't wait for some exciting tennis.

I'm so excited, personally because this is the one tournament I get to go to every year. I'm definitely going on tuesday, and I'm trying to go Thursday and Saturday so we'll see what happens. Either way this should be a great tournament, as always.

^^^ definitely exciting, Glann93! :D
Be sure to give us a report (not to mention pics if you take any) of your experiences when you get back home.

me too neither!!!

BUT luckily it starts Monday ..... yaaay!!!

Supposedly, for USA residents, there are supposed to be some free streams available. Hope so, b/c we got shafted on the other 3 Slams! :o

Hey LG, the us open site actually had streams up last year, I'm guessing they'll be doing the same again this year. High quality streams too, not to mention picture in picture options. It's still a shame the other slams couldn't wise up and do the same. Of course if all else fails atdhe.net always works.

^^^ Thanks to you! :)
I'd forgotten how big the draws for these GS events are, compared to all the others ... your suggestion put me on the right track!

My three favourites are Berdych, Federer and Murray but unfortunately two of these, Berdych and Murray are due to play in the quarters so advantage Federer.
I've stuck with Berdych as my choice to win but not so convinced now because of Federer's more favourable draw.
Berdych has to go through Murray and Nadal before meeting Federer.
Murray even worse has to go through Wawrinka, Berdych and Nadal, and, somehow, still have something left to compete with a fresher Federer. Really tough for him.
