Ultra Tour v2 vs Ultra Pro v3

Hi everyone.

I own an Ultra Tour. I love this frame despite it being low powered. I love the fact that it's flexy and soft on the arm and the nice slice it has. I'm still experimenting with lead on it after two years, though.

I only own one frame and would like to get another spare one, in L3 grip. My options are getting the last UT from a shop in my country or getting a new ultra pro v3 at a slightly higher price.

Now, my doubts are:

1. Are the UT and the Ultra Pro v3 the exact same racquet? Is there any difference in power, stiffness or anything besides the new paintjob?
2. Is the painting in the Ultra Pro v3 more resistant than the one in the UT? I like to keep things tidy and pristine, and I'd consider getting the new one if the paint quality is better.
3. Are the grommets compatible between those racquets?

1- same racquet. I play both interchangeably and can not tell a difference.
2- can’t answer as my UT is the later version of the V2 and I haven’t had any chips yet. On my UP I’ve already flattened out some of the head guard going for low shots and have no paint issues.
2- yep, grommets are the same except UP are black
