Unfortunately, Nadal is done on clay

I never thought in my life that Nadal will be done on clay first , his clay game has deteriorated so much compared to his hc game. I still think he can win non clay slams if he schedule better. I hope he avoids RG to prepare himself well for the Wimbledon or he might risk skipping both due to injury.
You picked him over Djoker with many valid points!

Man o man , i was watching Rafa very closely from round one and i was telling everyone how big of a strategist and master thinker Rafa is. He did exactly what i was noticing

1- he's indeed slow but he started playing BH dtl to buy him more time in rallies instead of going cross court , it also disrupted the momentum

2-to fix his BH CC he was going for the placement, sometimes even pushing but it was hitting the corner, setting up the FH . It didn't give Novak much pace.

3- fixed his serve . Be proud of our man , Dimi , he's a master problem solver, with this speed anyone else would be sitting home but he's Rafa. Excited for 22? Hell yeah.

Man unreal! So happy euphoric job isn’t done yet but the win is so big. I also received as a gift nadal memorabilia commemorating his AO22 triumph which was signed by the bull himself framed I hung it up a few days ago..

"The Spaniard has now won consecutive matches of four-plus hours. After defeating Felix Auger-Aliassime on Sunday after four hours and 20 minutes, he moved past Djokovic in four hours and 11 minutes. Nadal entered the tournament under a cloud of doubt due to his chronic foot injury and played just two clay events prior to Roland Garros after a six-week layoff due to a rib fracture."

Unbeleebable!
