By the way: Babette Pluim, the chief of stms is the doctor of the dutch tennis federation. She really knows a lot about the game and the demands of tennis.

Interesting article. I find it especially intriguing that the triceps and biceps tighten simultaneously right before contact, which slows the upper arm down and transfers rotation to the forearm.
