I dont read into the Halle match that much. Sinner was devastated after FO final and it takes time to rebuild

Can see this being a 4 or 5 set titanic tussle or a Sinner cruise. I would prefer option 1 but fear I will end up with option 2.

No fricking way its half Bubbles half Sinner. As much as I love the x-factor, the odds are 80/20 for Sinner I'd say. Only way Bublik can win is to play extremely disruptive, which worked for him on grass. The slower USO conditions compared to Halle will definitely make this rematch harder for him.

I don't think his mental still fractured during Halle. He was playing relatively well, it was just that Bublik + disruption + fast conditions were unfavorable for Sinner.

As a huge fan of Cube, I guess "O ye of little faith" captures my sentiments. Sure hope he wins, but I gotta go with Sinner. Fwiw, I think Bubli can reach the level needed to beat Sinner (as he showed 2x in Halle), but won't be able to sustain it over 4 or 5 sets. (I do think he'll take a set or two.) Fwiw. Yeah, but Tommy doesn't sizzle like Bublik when he's on song. So far, he's in full clown mode. That may have more to do with Sinner coming out with a chip on his shoulder.

Occasionally he can rally but he freely admits it is a losing game for him so he tries to win points as quickly as possible however he can.
