2024/2025 as we all know were dominated by Alcaraz and Sinner. I refuse to use Sincaraz as I hate the term Fedal.
2026 is now a great opportunity for the rest of the tour to win as many majors than Alcaraz and Sinner. This is a year when Alcaraz has missed 2 majors and is undercooked going into another. Sinner has missed 1 major and melted/got beaten fair and square by a near 40 year old in 2 others.
It might be a case of now or never for the rest of the tour to pull in as many majors than Alcaraz and Sinner before their period of domination ends.
Going all the way back to 2003 (Agassi, Ferrero, Roddick) this has only happened against any combination of the legendary big three or current big two in these seasons:-
2014 (Cilic and Wawrinka)
2016 (Murray and Wawrinka)
