I am not being bias but the US Open is proving to be by far the toughest test in tennis. There was a time it used to be the French Open due to clay surface but as more money, sponsors, growth, investment in the grandslams continue to happen, the US Open is proving to be the most lucrative and career changing slam for the players. It is also the fastest growing grandslam. The highest in prize money, the most attended grandslam, largest with more sponsors invested in this event. Another reason is that it is the hardest grandslam for the Big Three to win.

You would think Novak being the greatest hardcourt player would dominate the US Open but he is has shown how difficult it is to win this grandslam. Seeing the struggle Rafa had to get through to win it, it is proving to be the toughest test of physical and mental endurace. What do you think?

For any player bar Rafa Nadal, don't you have a better chance of winning the other 3 slams? Rafa has won 12 of the last 15 French. That is easily the toughest test in tennis.
