Here is the link for the 2009 qualifying tournament

Top seed is Thomaz Bellucci, who could have a possible 2nd round encounter with Grigor Dimitrov, that one will be one to keep an eye on. Jordan Cox and Ryan Harrison include some of the notable American wildcards. Ryler De Heart is also looking ot qualify, should not dissapoint after that spectacular US Open he had last year. Guillermo Canas is also a threat, being unseeded.

Also post pics, i will try to upload some when i go the last day of qualifying!

On the mens side, Carsten Ball, Peter Polansky, Michael Russel, Stefan Koubek, and Alejandro Falla all won. Unfortunatly Ryler De Heart lost

6-0 6-3
First set was won in well under 20 minutes.

good news! thanks! :D

question: I looked up "Go, Kubot" in Google Translate for Polish. Is this correct? Or is there a better way to say it?

"Him, Kubot!"

bellucci might be a bit better on clay (won his first atp title at gstaad last month) than he is on hard, but he just won his first set 6-2 in 29 minutes vs. petrazzuolo and is, at the moment, up a break in the second 2 love.

---eta:

regarding dimitrov, I cant really remember having seen him play, but I'd be surprised if bellucci wasn't able to beat him, because ... dimitrov is ranked 268, while bellucci is 68 ... plus bellucci has that lefty serve that appears to be quite wicked versus righties who havn't played him before (he beat andreev in the gstaad semis) ... and these two have never met.

just checked: thomaz just bageled the italian in the second ... so barring any unforeseen circs, bellucci w/b into the main draw! :D

If you wanted to say something like "let's go" in polish, i guess I'd say "chodźmy" or just "chodź". Pronunciation is hard to describe with english sounds. I guess if I had to spell it phonetically, it would be "hodjmi". It literally means, let's walk.
Sounds like you're quite a fan. I just love watching him when he's playing well.

Haha Love Game, you were probaly pretty upset about that! But Grigor Dimitrov is very young promising player and he has all the strokes, so it should be interesting

thx! i'm gonna make a little icon, so should it say, "Chodź, Kubot!!!" or . . .:?:

yes, i initially became a lukasz kubot fan when i saw him and his partner marach excuse the no. 1 dubs team (nestor/zimonjic) from 2nd round at australian open 2009 ... did you see that one?:?: ... and i saw him beat karlovic in the semis, going on to the finals as ?first Pole in an atp final in how many years...in Belgrade? ... plus i saw him beat kohlschreiber in R16 at stuttgart:

(question: since marach is austrian, and the partners talk quite a bit during a match, do you know whether theyre speaking polish, german, english?:?:)

Thanks.

Good that Dimitrov and Kubot won. How can I watch these matches, which website or channel?

Oh yeah, does anyone know if Olivier Rochus is in the main draw, or if he skipped the US Open Qualifying for New Haven, which would obviously be a bad choice as he lost to Mayer in starights today

He must have skipped. He lost badly in New Haven. Does anyone know how I can put an avatar, a picture?

Oh well, just found out that Warburg went down to Berrer in the 3rd set tiebreaker......What a Heartbreaker.....

Thank you! Is that Igor Andreev?

yes! :) (tho i'm currently looking for a better pic)

Thanks, but there is no "edit avatar". Do I have to wait sometime maybe?

I think Chodźmy is more used that Chodź, so I'd go that way. It's like the polish equivalent of vamos!
As for what language they speak, i'm not quite sure. Both men have the same coach though, Tomas Hłasek, and he's polish. I've spoken with both of them, but all I can tell you is that Kubot speaks polish well, and that Marach speaks english well. If they're playing together at the open, I should be able to watch them play and get a definitive answer.

I should have thought of that before! I just remembered that they both spoke in English at their trophy ceremony when they won the Doubles Championship @ Belgrade earlier this year. oh my gosh can they talk, especially oliver marach ... he talked and talked! :D

Question: Would you suggest any changes to ~~~>

Yeah, you left out the ź after the d. Nice though.

 ... i thought something looked strange, but i didnt doublecheck it ..... the image hosting website tool stripped out that z with the mark over it because it didnt translate into any of the fonts available...

... okay i'm gonna correct and put the Z in there, but if it doesn't have the mark over it, does that change the meaning? :?: :???:

-------eta:

didnt want to take a chance that it might change the meaning, plus very few people would understand it, so I decided to go with the English equivalent:
