Nadal's comeback story is something they will no doubt want to market. If anyone gets a joke draw I predict it will be Nadal this time, similar to how it has been Djokovic all year long up to now.

no way! I know it involves lots of luck and all that, but he can't get lucky for like 20 times in a row at a GS!

Is it only me or does Benneteau ALWAYS get the 31st or 32nd seedings?

Pretty much. It is the same karma that keeps such a talented player from even winning a measley tournament. I hope he doesnt retire without a tournament title. It would be a shame.

So many conspiracy theories here. Wait for the draw first, before these.

I think a fair quarter would be Djokovic vs Berdych, Nadal vs DelPotro, Murray vs Gasquet/Gulbis and Ferrer/Isner vs Federer

Seems like someone doesnt want Ralph to win the USO.

Like the draw matters.

The only players capable of beating this Nadal at the US Open are Djokovic and Murray (both have to play extremely well). Del Potro, Berdych, Janowicz, Gulbis etc.? Gimme a break, Nadal smokes them all in straights, only Del Potro MIGHT win a set if he's hot.

If I put Delpo in Djoker's or Fed's quarter, you might think i'm not being fair.
I think Delpo can be beaten by Rafa. Don't you think I made a well distributed quarterf match up ?

Top half : Djoko vs Ferrer/Fed
Bottom half : Rafa vs Muzza

Gasquet :) What was his win ratio in the R16 .. below 10% :)Gulbis have the potential for something big (SF+) but something always happen with him.It would be nice if he somehow reach top 10 than we can probably see his full power.

I put Gasquet there because he will be the 8th seed. I, myself do not think he'll get there but i put a slash hoping that Gulbis can have a breakthrough. It's all predictions with the draw anyhow, until the draw comes out later this week

Well I'm a delpo fan, still believe in him.

Well yeah I gotta admit that you made up a balanced scenario.

Where was this conspiracy theorist when Fed was drawing Djokovic almost every time??
A question to Ralph's fans. Which draw would they prefer?

4th round JJ QF: Fed SF: Delpo/Ferrer
4th round: Freebie QF: Birdman (Another freebie) SF: Murray
