With users now having the ability to request username changes in their settings, we thought it would be a good idea to go over our policies.
Our general policy is we do NOT allow username changes.
However, we will make a one-time exception due to privacy concerns of the following:
Name - first or last name
Birth date - year or full birth date
City- however, this is case by case depending on the full username
If you feel your username falls into one of these exceptions, you may submit a request to change your username. Please note: you must fully change your username to not contain any of your personal information.
Example:
Current Username: JohnMarkSmith1589
Usernames requests that would not accepted: jsmith, johnnys, jms89, joma15, jonmarc
If the new username contains any personal information, it will not be approved.
If your username does not qualify for a one-time change and you would still like to change your username, there is one additional option. You can choose to delete your current account and sign up with a new name. If you choose to go this route, please send an email to discussadmin@tennis-warehouse.com and we will follow up with additional steps.
