In the long 3rd game of the match, Anderson was taking over 30 sec in many occasions, he made a double fault and it took him over 25" to serve again.
All you have to do is clock it, is there for everyone to see it.
So, it is not only Nadal or Djokovic.

I have to guess that Nadal is staying so far back so that he can attempt to put a little more pace on the return without fear of overpowering it. It is kinda strange how deep he is on the second serve though.
