After all that emailing to USPS, i previously posted as UPS(got confused o.0)
I finally called 2 days before. Woke up early in the morning called exactly at 9:--a.m to bash them.
the first time i called it was all good. She told me someone will call me back. Now After 3 hrs i get a women with very stingy voice

I debated with her, her claims were that it was not there fault, the tracking number was said it was alrdy delievered and there was nothing she can do about it.
me: " USPS never came for my signature the last 6-7 times i used USPS, all my items were delievered at front of my door how can you consider that as delievered? Delieverd means i actually opened up my door and the USPS man HANDING OVER the item to the owner..
She said "Well we doesn't require sig"
Me:"Ah that means you guys can leave customers item in their bushes front of their door or even keep it"
"I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN, IF YOU USPS LEAVE OUR ITEM FRONT OF OUR DOOR...HOW EASY IS IT FOR OTHERS TO JUST SNATCH IT?DO YOU GET MY POINT?IF I WORKED AT feaking USPS AND YOU ORDER A FREAKING PRADA ALLIGATOR HAND BAG AND I LEFT IT RIGHT FRONT OF YOUR DOOR AND YOU in the mean time BUSY HAVING SEX WITH YOUR HUSBAND THAN...(delete the sex part)

They should also come back untill someone is home to receive the item.
The item was said to be delieverd in 3:48 p.m. I was at borders My mother was in church activity, my sister was at her friends house...and we all came back at 6:00p.m.
And i found out my item was delievered few days later(checked the traking number)
The lady told me she will discuss with her boss and call me back, but she never did......
