Well I weigh approximately 182 lbs. Yesterday I weighed myself before I went to play tennis and I was 182. I came back from tennis 2hrs later, and I was 178. Then today I weighed myself before I went to the gym, I was 180. When I got back from the gym, about 90min later I was 182. I didn't eat anything, and only drank water. Why does my weight fluxuate so much?

your weight changes a LOT over the course of the day just due to how much water you have in you. You really can't change that much over the course of a few days let alone a day. Though many days do add up haha..

People's weights can completely vary, as the other guy said.

I know somebody who is into martial arts and kickboxing, he was 195 the night before a fight, went to sleep after he had eaten about 2 pizzas, yoghurt, plenty of bread and water etc, other guys were in a panic about this, but he went to sleep, woke up and lost 8 lbs, needed to lose another 7, 4 hours to the fight and he lost 4 naturally, and lost some water in a sauna. So your weight can change even when you have done nothing.

Alot to do with it is metabolism.

Are you saying you ate no food (only drank water) with a tennis match, a sleep and a gym workout in between? And why are you weighing yourself so obsessively? Not to be crude, but a bowel movement affects your weight as well.

Some people at my gym don't believe me, but I don't know why, cause they are knowledgable about fitness, or so I thought.

8 pounds is a hell of a lot to lose doing nothing, it always amazes me, anytime people advise him on the matter of eating, he always replies by "I know my body".

I don't think it is due to metabolism completely, cause he put on the weight so easily.

Yes, he did when that fight, but I can tell you now, that this is a regular thing for him, it is almost a routine.

One thing I am weary about is losing water hours before something that takes such physical endurance, he lost around 3lbs in sweat, losing water from his body, he entered the sauna wearing regular jogging trousers and jumper.

On the other hand, my weight does not vary like this, very different.

Weight will fluctuate all the time, within a couple of pounds. It all depends on your metabolism, what you eat, how much water you drink, what kind of exercises you're doing, what time of the day you weigh yourself, even. Not a big deal.
