Hey Im trying to order some shoes online for the first time and im struggling allot because the idea of buying shoes online without trying them on first is frustrating lol

Im coming from wearing a Nike Lunar ballistec size 12.5 US My toe nails have fallen off and my feet are killing me after a game, I play hard court. So i definitely need a larger size. Most stores dont have my shoe size so i have to go blind and just do research before ordering online. My feet are about 30cm without socks, and allot of people say you need a extra cm for movement in length? Every shoe is differently slightly also, its all abit confusing. Whether I should go 13 or 14 and also what shoe to choose?

Im open to any shoe really, I think the Cage 2 black/yellow looks the best lol

Thanks!

If toes are the issue go asics. They fit a touch longer in the toe all things equal with other shoe sizes.

Buy 2 pairs and return the ones that fit worse

I think I'll have to go 14, at 30cm foot. Just wanting peoples opinion which is the best overall shoe . speed and comfort ect. I think the cage 2 looks the best. But has anyone got experience with any of these 3 shoes?

Hey I managed to try on some barciades and acsics size 14 both seemed to slip out a bit in the back and the barciades seemed so bulky compared to the balstecs. I think Nike shoes have more curve in on the back foot to secure?

Asics new colorways are ugly. They are great shoes. The Nike Cage look good. I've never tried them because I buy the Vapors. The Vapors look the best in my opinion and they are very low riding shoes. I love the feel of them.

Blue and silver resolutions are nice. Also a fan of the blue an red. To each his or her own I suppose. Generally agree colors aren't as good as Nike.

Has anyone got experience with these shoes, would like more opinions before I order online since I can't try size 14s in stores. Also is thier not meant to be any heal slippage for tennis shoes

I would still go Lunars on hard courts, forget GR and definitely Vapors (unless you are very slim and rich). Cage could work, but I also have the previous version on Air Lunar Ballistec stocked up to use instead of Cages.

Lunars have been stopped in Australia, Can i ask why you dont like the GR what about the speed 3? everyone keeps saying the vapours dont last long. would you say its a big difference tho compared to the cages like half the lifespan?

Is shipping expensive to you, say from flee bay or TW?

GR6 minuses (compared to Lunars):
- less lateral support/less snug
- less frontal support (got pains in the balls of my feet during the first match, but not in easy practice- I think it's called metatarsalgia)
- heel slippage (fell on my butt, on the second attempt, when they were measuring our FHs with a radar gun, but I was wearing clay shoes on a hard court. Still had the fastest FH that day at the club!).
- the inside lining around the heel area wears off/breaks pretty fast

Don't remember the cages too well, but the Vapors had even less support than GR6 + the sole will be shaved pretty fast on hard courts. I would guess half the life span of cages and even more so Lunars.

One more thing: phone TW and talk to one of their vendors, they usually provide honest advice, target to your needs!
