Vapor S2 or Breathe Free II wearers please help!

I wear orthotics, one is 5mm thick in the heel and the other 7mm. Will they fit in the Vapor S2 or Breathe Free II? I have medium width feet but I hear these shoes tend to run narrow. Has anyone tried putting orthotics in these shoes and not feel like they're too high up?
