Venus and Serena's Solid Black frames back in the late 90s?

What were the racquets Venus and Serena were using back in 1999 or maybe earlier? They were all black. As we know, Serena without a doubt uses a Wilson Hammer 6.4 Power Holes OS with an H6 paintjob; Venus on the otherhand uses something different. It appears to be a Hammer 6.2 stretch OS, but looking back at old pictures, it looks similar to those black frames the sisters used to use. I am such a die hard Venus Williams fan. I model my game after her; I even use the same mentality on the court. I'm cool, calm, and charismatic in a calm way when I hit a big shot. Because I was going to try the unthinkable; I'm thinking of buying some old Hammer 6.2 stretch oversizes since I play like her. I'm playing with a Yonex MP-2i right now and have it seems like the ball flies on my alot unless I have perfect technique. Although it sounds absurd; I'm really considering to switching because it has a tight stringing pattern, a huge sweet spot, and although it seems to be a blaster....it's pretty light so that compensates for the big beamed, oversized frame. I'll string it tight too.

It seem the racquet that they two of them were using in the begining of their career and in the 90's were rectangular, and that can only mean its a yonex.

They probably switch to using wilson for the endorsement deal, but i wonder if yonex was to offer them deal now, would they go back or stay with wilson.

do you also wear you're own designed clothing?

It amuses me when people have no clue how to use
"your" and "you're" - I assume they have the same problems with "they're", "there", and "their".

*sigh*

sorry dude. "you're" short for "you are" is what i should have wrote, you are correct. considering this is a message board, i could have wrote u r as well and the result would have been the same, just throwing a little bit out there (and in a hurry i might add, i'm at work) and i didn't realize my third grade english teacher would be roaming the boards doling out brow beatings for every punctuation error. were'd you learn all this stuff?

p.s. "were'd" was a bit of a joke...
