Venus can't make it anymore, is she the next big to retire?

What a pity seeing Venus struggling to get back to her tennis. She had that disease, ok, but it seems she can't come back.

And 16 double faults and 60 unforced errors are really too many

I think as long as she is win doubles with her sister she will play...maybe eventually pulling out of singles draws and playing doubles only...plenty more title for her to rack up there.

give her another year to really figure out how to manage her disease and continue to play. she only plays doubles at grand slams with serena, so it's not like she's playing a really full schedule with both singles and doubles.

that said, i just can't see her being content as a top 20-30 player. if these results continue to be what she'll be putting up despite doing all she can to manage her condition, i think she will make a decision about retiring.
